The verification constant temperature bath of dissolved oxygen tester conforms to the verification regulation of jjg291-2018. It is a constant temperature bath specially developed for dissolved oxygen tester. It uses a fully enclosed compressor refrigeration system with multiple overload protection devices such as overheating and overcurrent. It uses a microcomputer intelligent PID automatic control system, with overtemperature alarm function, soft key locking function, LCD large screen LCD display, and touch soft key operation.

☆ test method:

1. Preparation of anaerobic water:

Add 250ml of distilled water into a 500ml beaker, then add 500mg of sodium sulfite and a small amount of divalent cobalt salt, such as cobalt oxide hexahydrate, as the catalyst, stir it evenly and use it.

2. Preparation of saturated dissolved oxygen water:

Inject 80% of the volume of fresh distilled water into the constant temperature bath of the verification device of the dissolved oxygen tester, float the porous plastic floating cover on the water surface, adjust the water temperature to the temperature required for verification, turn on the circulating pump to stir the water sample, add a bubbler (i.e. air pump) to aerate the water continuously for more than 60min, stop aeration, and the water can be used for verification after it is still for 30min.
